Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:

Qualify leads based on customer requirements and assess their potential for solar energy adoption.
Product and Service Promotion:
Educate potential customers about the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental impact, and incentives.
Provide detailed information about solar energy products, such as solar panels, inverters, and energy storage systems.
Explain the installation process, financing options, and available government incentives or rebates.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain a customer database and accurately record customer interactions and inquiries.
Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest in solar energy solutions.
Address customer queries, concerns, and objections in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
Appointment Setting:
Schedule appointments for solar energy representatives to visit potential customers and conduct on-site assessments.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of leads and appointments.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about leads, appointments, and customer preferences to the sales team.
Assist with preparing sales proposals, quotations, and contracts as required.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in the CRM system.
Generate regular reports on call outcomes, lead conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.
Provide feedback and insights to the management team on customer preferences and market trends.
