Job Description

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to inform them about courses, admission procedures, and career opportunities.

- Attend incoming calls and resolve queries related to academic programs, fee structure, batch timings, and institute policies.

- Understand the educational goals of students and suggest the most suitable coaching programs offered by Modulus Coaching Institute.

- Maintain regular follow-up with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.

- Track and manage leads using CRM tools and update their status throughout the counseling process.

- Assist students and parents during the enrollment process, ensuring all documentation and formalities are completed smoothly.

- Accurately document all student interactions, inquiries, and admissions in the system.

- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive student information.

- Meet individual and team-based monthly enrollment and conversion targets.

- Collect feedback from students and parents to understand their needs and concerns.

- Coordinate with the academic, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless student experience from inquiry to onboarding.

- Participate in training sessions and internal meetings to stay updated on course offerings and institutional policies.
