Job Summary:

As a Telecounselor, you will act as the first point of contact for prospective students and their families. You will provide personalized counseling services over the phone, guiding them on educational opportunities both domestically and internationally. Your role will involve assisting students in selecting the right courses, universities, or career paths based on their interests, academic performance, and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Counseling:

Provide information on educational programs, courses, and institutions to students and their families.

Offer personalized career counseling to help students choose the best academic pathway.

Explain eligibility criteria, admission procedures, and entrance exams.

Admissions Support:

Guide students through the application process for various universities and institutions.

Assist in filling out forms and gathering the required documentation for applications.

Help students with scholarship or financial aid opportunities.

Customer Service:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist students with inquiries.

Respond to queries via email or chat, providing accurate and up-to-date information.

Build rapport with prospective students and parents, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Lead Generation & Follow-up:

Generate leads by identifying potential students and gathering their details.

Follow up with leads to maintain student interest and support them through the decision-making process.

Data Entry & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of all student interactions in the CRM system.

Track leads, admissions, and counseling sessions for reporting and follow-up purposes.

Market Research:

Stay updated on the latest trends in higher education, scholarships, and international study opportunities.

Provide feedback to the marketing team on student preferences and questions.
