FIBRE Network Architecture;

NGA / UFB fibre cable laying,

Trenching, Blowing and splicing,

Deliver outstanding results for our customers

Troubleshooting, Faulty Network, Civils tasks,

Testing

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

High level of Quality workmanship

Ability to problem solve and take action in the field

when required

Positive and Enthusiastic team member

Chorus WTCs and full Certification Competencies

WTC1 & WTC3 certificates

WTC 2 - EWP certificates is an advantage,

Sitesafe passport,

STMS level 1 qualification

First Aid certificate

Full Driver's licence

Trainings can be provided to right candidate if you

have field experience in Fibre network .

Technical qualifications in electrical/electronics/IT

and Telecommunications will be an added

advantage

you must be able to operate your own clip and

manage jobs.

Scoping of SDU/MDU/ROW/NPD/FIBRE ACCESS/

M18 jobs

technician must be familiar with working with

complex network like blowing of 2F to 312F ABf

fibres,Splicing in control Joints, working with 26wR

to extend and create drop offs ,installing FFPs,

installation of aerial FATs and working with All the

ADSS cables including 116f.

Build/Civil Tasks; This includes trenching, concrete

cutting, locating Ribbonets and mastic joints,fence

clipping, aerial connection, underground hauling,

splicing, ONT installation and configuration,

Modem connection and Techmate testing

Read Telecommunication network framing,

diagrams, plans terminologies

knowledge to Work in exchanges to run jumpers

from L to | drawers and then patching in

iguration of ONTs and LT

experience is major advantage

Fibre maintenance , copper integration and service

commissioning
