Responsibilities:

Significant wireless/telecom program management experience.

Should support the E-Node-B Integration Services.

Experience working with Remote Integration support and War room support preferred.

Strategic thinker & executer who can still plan and drive projects at a detailed level.

Will require to schedule, track, and report daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress to key stakeholders.

Management report/dashboard should be updated and shared in regular frequency to management team.

Should be ready to adapt to any new changes in technology, process and guidelines and should ensure respective teams adheres to the same.

Assisting in generating new ideas and Process improvement plans.

Must be able to prioritize & escalate problems or variance in the plan to the relevant stakeholders and teams and follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered.

Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs, while measuring and identifying activities performed and ensuring service requirements are met.

Liaise with Field technician/Managers for all field activity (RRH fiber termination/swap, onsite troubleshooting etc).

Tracking and monitoring received POs and quotations.
