Responsibilities:
Significant wireless/telecom program management experience.
Should support the E-Node-B Integration Services.
Experience working with Remote Integration support and War room support preferred.
Strategic thinker & executer who can still plan and drive projects at a detailed level.
Will require to schedule, track, and report daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress to key stakeholders.
Management report/dashboard should be updated and shared in regular frequency to management team.
Should be ready to adapt to any new changes in technology, process and guidelines and should ensure respective teams adheres to the same.
Assisting in generating new ideas and Process improvement plans.
Must be able to prioritize & escalate problems or variance in the plan to the relevant stakeholders and teams and follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered.
Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs, while measuring and identifying activities performed and ensuring service requirements are met.
Liaise with Field technician/Managers for all field activity (RRH fiber termination/swap, onsite troubleshooting etc).
Tracking and monitoring received POs and quotations.
