Desired Candidate Profile:

• Managing the entire gamut of maintenance & operations & Project Management to ensure the network availability >= %

• Leading the operations & maintenance team in an efficient, optimized, cost effective way, orientation towards KPI's, SLAs.

• Managing the operations to ensure smooth and seamless maintenance of daily activities like fuel management, surveillance management, estate Management etc.

• Monitoring & controlling energy consumption & loss making sites to optimize the cost and maintain site stability.

• Monitor equipment performance and preventive maintenance

• Performing troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions to eliminate recurrence of breakdowns.

• Carrying out comprehensive operations & maintenance support such as provisioning, fault monitoring & handling, etc.

• Leading the preparations of periodic updates on the operations of circle teams, recommending strategies and methods for interventions required to rectify/ improve quality parameters

• Performing any other related duties, as required

• Ensure reduction in fuel consumption by closely monitoring

• Minimizing EB faults

• Ensure timely escalations of issues occurring at each site

• Organizing safety training for field staff

• Ensure safety guideline are followed

• Identifying high Diesel consumption sites and their remedy action

• Attending quarterly Governance meeting
