Job Description

Responsibilities of the candidates include:

• Manage a team of individuals working on telesales/customer support

• Resolve customer complaints brought to your attention

• Create policies and procedures

• Plan the training and standardization of service delivery

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner

• Identify customers’ needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible

• Conduct quality assurance surveys with customers and provide feedback to the team

• Gain comprehensive product knowledge to enhance customer support

• Maintain a pleasant working environment for your team
