Job Description
Responsibilities of candidates include:
• Inform customers about the company's products/services and offers.
• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner.
• Identify customers’ needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible.
• Ability to be on the phone for a long time and familiar with dialer systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handling Telesales Inbound & Outbound calls, Calling prospective clients, and explaining the products.
Making follow-up calls and fixing appointments for site visits.
Handling customer queries related to our real estate projects.
Should give the clients detailed information about the projects over the telephone.
Experience in Tele Marketing to call the customer to explain the project Features
Follow-ups must be done in a timely & able to generate sales
The person will be required to make a minimum number of phone calls every day.
Calling new & existing clients (Lead Generation)
Explain different advertising packages to clients
Maintain Client database
Maintain good client relation
Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives
Ability to be on the phone for a long time and familiar with dialer systems.
Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
Requirements
• Should be self-motivated & target oriented
• Good Communication skills
• Willing to work on Sundays (Fixed weekday weekly off will be provided)
