• Responsible for calling customers for their dues collection.

• Giving reminder calls to customers prior to the due date.

• On the desk job which requires Tele-calling.

• Managing existing customers and getting collections done on time.

• Good Communication and fluency in any one of the regional languages - Tamil / Kannada / Malayalam.

• Ability to deal with customers on calls.
