>> We are interested in hiring a dedicated and hardworking individual as a Tele calling Executive to join our operations Department.

**IT IS NOT A SALES OR TARGET BASED JOB**

JOB DESCRIPTION: -

-Making phone calls.

-Receive phone calls.

-Update & maintain the database as per the feedback.

-Assist the operations team for administrative tasks.

-Handle the official portals.

Requirements

-Graduate Degree or equivalent.

-Must have knowledge of MS-Office ., MS- Word & MS-Excel.

-Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Tele caller, Telemarketer, or a similar role in Educational or any other organization.

-Excellent Communication Skills.

-Need to be fluent in languages- English, Hindi & Bengali.

-Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.

Job Location: - Salt Lake, Sec - 3.

Minimum Experience:- 1 year.

Work Mode:- On site/ Work from Office.

Job Timing:- 9:30 am - 6:30 pm (Monday to Saturday).
