We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele Caller to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
An effective tele sales representative must be an excellent communicator.
They must be comfortable presenting products.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Location : Sahakar Nagar, Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up.
Build a strong relationship / trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the Customers.
Selling products over the phone and achieve the targeted sales numbers & value, set quality parameters.
Explaining the product features in detail.
Address all the issues / grievances of customers and provide the right customer experience.
Capture the insights from customer interactions and share it with the internal team.
Strictly adhere to the process requirements
Proven experience as tele sales representative or another sales/customer service role.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Education and Experience:
Minimum Gradudate
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Tele sales / Tele calling /Domestic BPO / Direct Sales/Telecom / Insurance
