Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls.

Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services

Must have experience in tele-sales process

Good communication and basic banking knowledge are Preferred

Smart to handle calls and ability to convince customers

Computer skills-basic MS office proficient in MS office ,Windows
