Roles and Responsibilities

Answering calls and resolving queries of the job seekers and the people looking to enroll in a training program.

Inform the callers about the benefits of enrolling with Skillbirds Technologies.

Talk politely and maintain professionalism throughout the call.

Gather proper knowledge about a training program and how it can benefit the candidate.

Record the summary of the conversation and maintain data on a daily basis.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Should be able to speak in Hindi.

Understand the caller's requirement and suggest the best training program.

Proficient in MS Office and Internet.
