Job Description

Responsibilities-

Identifying, & generating new business and generating additional business from existing customer.

Candidate should have good convincing skills.

Establish and maintain relationship with clients.

Follow up on the databank.

Enter and update customer information in the database.

Ability to work cooperatively and effectively in both an individual and team environment with minimal supervision.

Maintaining good customer relationships, excellent communicator and have superior people skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in an organized way.

Take a feedback from customer after taking company services.

Well-organized and responsible with work.

Skills Required-

Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email and telephone.

Maintaining database with updated status and reports & understand the customer needs.

Have positive attitude, enjoy taking calls & zeal for sales.

Basic computer knowledge. (MS. Office- Word, Excel & PowerPoint).

Effective listening skills to gauge customers requirement.

Fluency in speaking with clients.

Good command over language ( English)
