Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

Generate leads through telecalls, and emails; generate new business leads, and actively support the sales team.

Maintain the lead database of existing and prospective clients.

Arrange meetings for the Sales team and follow up on the same.

Record sales data and other information.

Handle walk-in customers and ensure proper coordination between the company, the sales team, and its clients.

Develop, maintain relationships, and ensure prompt service and support to the clients either in person or via telephone calls and emails.

Record clients' feedback, and market information (If any)

Maintain periodic status reports, activity reports, and calls/ follow-ups reports.

Support in making pitch presentations & participating in client meetings.

Suitability:

The candidate should be a Graduate from any background

Being able to communicate in English and Telugu and Hindi is a must

The candidate should have good communication skills.

Computer knowledge with G-suite, Canva, etc.

Freshers/ experienced candidates can apply.
