We are looking for female Telecallers who are capable of projecting the services of our company to varied customer base. The candidate should be able to ask questions to understand customer requirements and convert the leads to prospective clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Make calls to customers and generate prospective leads for the business
Regular follow up with the prospective customers regarding the deals and the budgets
Handling inquiries related to the services offered
Manage Inbound and Outbound Call Handling Process
Provide detailed information on all the services provided to the customers.
Follow up customer calls for existing customers to provide service information where ever necessary.
Scheduling customer visits whenever there is a requirement
Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
Enter and update customer information in the database
To work on the data collected by the field executive and arrive at the desired conclusions
Coordinate with various units across the organization, such as digital media, data analytics there by leading to strategic research
Qualification and Skills:
Any graduate with minimum 1 year of experience in Voice processes preferably political related
Proficiency in Telugu language is a must
Excellent telemarketing and sales skills
Outstanding conversation and presentation skills on call
Current knowledge of news
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
