Job Description

NOTE: At least 1 year experience in Banking collections

As a tele caller for banking debt collections where responsibilities include collecting outstanding overdues from people who have taken out loans from the bank

Respond to telephone enquiries using standard scripts and procedures and making outbound calls for the collection of overdues

Treating debtors with respect and courtesy. Report daily progress against targets to the team leader

Maintain appropriate and comprehensive records of all customer discussions and processing on daily received payments

Educate the customers about CIBIL report, banking policies as well as resolving customer escalation queries and support the field operations as a coordinator.
