Job Description

As a Telecalling Executive, your responsibilities include making outgoing calls to potential customers, handling customer inquiries, and promoting products or services over the phone. You will be responsible for generating sales leads, booking appointments, and maintaining customer databases.

Skills required for this role include excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, as well as strong written English proficiency. A background in teaching Hindi or English language skills would be advantageous. Additionally, experience in telecommunication, call center operations, cold calling, BPO call center
