We're actively looking for Hindi/Kannada Telecallers for a leading manufacturing company in Chennai!

Position: Telecalling Executive (Voice Process)

Work Location: Raja Annamalaipuram (RA Puram), Chennai

Languages Required (Any one language must):

1. Hindi, Tamil & English

2. Kannada, Tamil & English

Work Timings: - 6PM (Monday - Friday | Saturday (Half Day))

Salary: INR - INR /Month + Monthly Incentives

Benefits: ESI, PF, Quarterly/Half-Yearly/Annual Bonus.

Qualification: Any graduate

Experience: Year - 3+ Years in Telecalling Sales Process Must (Product/Service Sales)

Skills Required:

- Hindi/Kannada communication skills

- Proven experience in telecalling

- Target oriented & good team player

Major Roles & Responsibilities:

- Generate new business leads through calling and follow up on a regular base to initiate sales.

- Regular follow-ups with customers via phone and email for recurring orders.

- Consistently achieving daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.

- Maintain and submit detailed reports of call logs.

- Maintain a good relationship with both B2B companies and customers.
