Looking for an experience only female Admission Counselor with an experience of 1-3 years having a pleasing personality and an attitude to convince students to do an admission.
Suitable candidates need to be involve in daily Calling, driving walk-ins, and perform under sales pressure
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Admission Counselor to join our admissions team.
The Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing information about institute programs, and assisting them in making informed decisions about their academic journey
Salary and Growth is not a factor for a deserving candidate
Roles and Responsibilities:
Telecalling and regular following up with the parents
Ability to work under target sales pressure.
Reinvent ways of pitching to candidates and closing the sales on calls .
Excellent communication and selling skills mandatory
Counselling and converting students in the existing pipeline, new inquirers etc. and submitting reports on daily basis
Dealing with email, phone and text queries made by prospective students
Additional duties that would be related to any digital marketing and promotional work, if required
Any other duties as directed, commensurate with the scope and classification of the position
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 20, - 30, per month
