We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven English Telecaller Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the education and consultation industries. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to convert potential leads into clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential students/clients and explain educational programs, consultation services, or courses.
Handle inbound inquiries via phone,or chat and provide accurate information.
Follow up with leads to ensure high conversion rates.
Maintain records of conversations and update the CRM or database regularly.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate courses or services.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the sales and counseling team to improve customer experience.
Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, preferably in education and consultation services.
Excellent English communication (spoken & written) and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into enrollments.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Positive attitude, confidence, and ability to work under pressure.
