Profile Introduction:

Techvolt Software is hiring dynamic Telecaller Executives to engage potential customers, communicate service offerings, and generate leads. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a results-oriented approach.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Any Bachelor's degree (BBA, BCom, MBA, BE, or related fields)

Gender: Open to Female candidates

Experience: 6 months – 2 years in telecalling, sales, or customer service (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply)

Skills Required:

• Fluency in English and Tamil for effective customer interaction

• Confidence in handling calls and engaging with customers professionally

• Basic knowledge of sales & marketing strategies

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce company services

• Build customer interest, answer inquiries, and provide necessary details

• Work towards meeting sales and lead-generation targets

Job Details:

• Number of Openings: Multiple positions available

• Work Location: Coimbatore (Office-based role)

• Shift Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Day Shift)

• Salary Package: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

• Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred
