Providing the customer with information about a company's products or services in order to create awareness
Generating repeat business by promoting new products / upgrades or AMC Services to the customers.
Converting customer inquiries into sales opportunities.
Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details
Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
Noting important details of each conversation.
Communicating acceptances of offers to teams for furhter actions.
Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
Regular Updates to Sales Manager for customer satisfaction, and market information's.
Achieve the Daily, Weekly & Monthly targets allocated.

Excellent Communication Skills Must
Good Command Over Hindi and English
Should have Strong Mental Acumen and Wit to handle Calls and Negotiations
Should Know Microsoft Excel and Google Worksheet applications well
Good Typing Speed and Pleasing Voice
Should be self Motivated and a Go Getter personality.
Should be Open to work in Shifts.
Should be able to perform and handle work pressure.
