We are looking for a dynamic Telecaller to connect with potential and existing clients, generate leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team. This role involves handling client interactions, understanding their financial needs, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients and the sales/investment teams. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to follow up on pre- and post-sales activities to enhance client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Identify potential clients, conduct outreach, qualify leads, and schedule meetings.
Appointment Setting: Manage and confirm client meetings, optimizing the sales teams calendar.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships, address inquiries, and update CRM records.
Pre-Sales Follow-Up: Provide additional information, send materials, and confirm client attendance.
Post-Sales Follow-Up: Address client concerns, ensure documentation completion, and gather feedback.
Sales Support: Assist with administrative tasks, update the sales team, and align with marketing efforts.
Data Management: Maintain accurate client records, track interactions, and generate reports.
