Job Summary:

SI Homes, a leading property developer and promoter with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele caller. This role involves generating leads, building client relationships, and promoting our residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote SI Homes residential and commercial projects.

Follow up on inquiries, schedule site visits, and maintain customer interest.

Provide detailed information about the companys services, projects, and pricing.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve sales targets.

Update and manage a customer database with relevant information from calls.

Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently.

Provide accurate and timely information on project delivery schedules and specifications.

Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into successful deals.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Tele caller, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Ability to build rapport with customers quickly.

Knowledge of real estate markets and modern construction techniques is a plus.

Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.

Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

Good command of English and Tamil is preferred.
