Job Overview

Were looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team in Gandhinagar. In this role, youll be engaging with potential and existing customers, addressing their inquiries, offering information about our services, and resolving any concerns they may have. You'll also play an important part in helping us grow by meeting sales targets while ensuring every customer experience is positive and impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to both potential and existing customers.

Handle incoming calls, answering questions, and providing assistance.

Explain our products and services with clarity and enthusiasm.

Help resolve customer concerns and ensure a smooth experience.

Keep accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.

Follow up with leads and maintain communication to keep them engaged.

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services when appropriate.

Meet sales goals and report regularly to your team leader or manager.

Skills and Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is a plus).

Freshers with good communication skills will also consider

Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service will be plus.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

A friendly, professional, and solution-oriented approach to customer interactions.

Familiarity with ERP software is a bonus.

The ability to stay organized, work efficiently, and manage time effectively.
