RSoft, a leading software organization, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tele caller to join our dynamic team. The Tele caller will play a crucial role in handling inquiries, introducing potential clients to RSoft's offerings, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. We are looking for individuals with a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in tele calling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leads validation and cold calling. Leads churning along with Inbound and Outbound Calls, answering incoming inquiries and making outbound calls to potential clients and connect sales person and customer appointment.
• Provide a basic introduction to RSoft's products/services and understand their requirements effectively.
• Proactively follow up on leads to convert them into scheduled appointments for the sales team.
• Schedule appointments for the sales personnel based on client availability and interest.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our RSoft CRM.
• Work towards achieving monthly appointment-setting targets
What we expect?
• Minimum of 1 year in tele calling or a related role
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice in Tamil & English. Additional languages will be an added advantage.
• A customer-centric approach with the ability to understand the customer needs with sales approach.
• Proven ability to take the initiative and follow up
