Qualifications:
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred.
Strong communication skills with a persuasive phone manner.
Ability to listen attentively and understand customer needs.
A results-driven mindset with the ability to handle rejection positively.
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus, but not required.
A high school diploma; further education in Sales or Marketing is advantageous.
