Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from the database.

Promote and explain company products/services effectively.

Convert leads into confirmed sales through convincing communication.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolutions.

Candidate Requirements:

Good verbal communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of computers (MS Excel, CRM usage).

Ability to handle pressure and rejection.

Prior telesales or call center experience is an advantage.
