Job Description

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, providing information about our stock trading services and generating leads

2. Handle inbound calls from existing clients, addressing their queries and providing prompt assistance

3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using MS Excel, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient communication

4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential upselling opportunities and follow up with interested leads

5. Assist in organizing and executing marketing campaigns, promoting our services to a wider audience

6. Stay updated with market trends and developments, providing valuable insights to clients and resolving their concerns

7. Conduct research on potential clients, understanding their investment preferences, and tailoring our services
