Job Title: Telecalling Executive
Location: Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District
Salary: 8,000 to 20,000 per month
Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-up.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to meet targets.
Record and manage customer data in CRM software.
Address customer queries and provide timely solutions to ensure satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent.
Strong verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
Good listening and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.

Location: 32/8, 4th Floor, Crystal Plaza, near WCC Junction, Nagercoil.
Candidates should be comfortable with the work hours and location.
