Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sell products or services.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads through research and cold calling.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information and answer client queries.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to the Sales Manager.
Customer Service: Handle objections and resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
