Role Overview:

We are looking for a Data Entry & Telecalling Executive to handle data input tasks and make phone calls to customers or clients. This role requires good communication skills, attention to detail, and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update data accurately in company systems.

Make outbound calls to customers/clients for inquiries, follow-ups, or feedback.

Handle inbound calls and assist with queries.

Maintain records of calls and responses.

Ensure data confidentiality and accuracy.

Work closely with the team to meet daily targets
