We are hiring a Tele Calling Executive to join our team. As a Tele Calling Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential candidates and clients, providing information about our services, and scheduling appointments for further discussions. This is a full-time position based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. We are looking for fresher candidates with less than 1 year of experience in Tele calling or similar roles.

Qualifications and Skills

>Minimum qualification will be +2

>Excellent communication skills in both English, Hindi and Odia language

>Strong persuasive skills and the ability to convince potential candidates and clients

>Good organizational and multitasking abilities

>Ability to work independently and as part of a team

>Basic computer skills

>Previous experience in Tele calling or similar roles will be an added advantage

Roles and Responsibilities

>Make outbound calls to prospective candidates and clients

>Provide information about our services and answer their queries

>Schedule appointments for further discussions with potential clients>

>Maintain a database of potential candidates and client>s

>Follow up with potential candidates and clients via ph>one, email, or other communication channels

>Collaborate with the team to achieve target>s

>Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call activities and conversion rates
