We are seeking a persuasive and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential NEET aspirants and their parents, providing them with information about our services, and converting leads into successful enrollments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for helping students. Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calls: Make calls to potential leads, parents, and students to introduce NEET Support services and explain the value they provide.
Lead Conversion: Convert inquiries into enrollments by understanding customer needs and offering relevant solutions.
Follow-Ups: Follow up on leads and ensure regular communication to maintain interest and engagement.
Customer Support: Address queries and provide accurate information about NEET preparation guidance, counselling services, and other offerings.
Database Management: Maintain detailed records of calls, interactions, and outcomes using CRM tools.
Feedback Collection: Gather insights from students/parents to improve services and refine communication strategies.
Target Achievement: Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and enrollments.
