Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our IT products and services.
Answer incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, services, and complaints.
Provide detailed information about our services, packages, and offers.
Maintain a database of customer contacts and update information as needed.
Follow up on leads and potential business opportunities.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and provide reports to the management team.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer objections and provide satisfactory solutions.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Basic knowledge of IT services is preferred.
Proficiency in English and Hindi.
