Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Telecaller Team role. The Sales Telecaller Team will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, presenting our services, and closing sales. The Sales Telecaller Team will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients, answering their queries, and providing them with support.

Qualifications

Sales skills and experience in telesales

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively

Strong customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships

Good organizational and time management skills

Knowledge of social media and digital marketing is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
