We are actively seeking an experienced or entry-level Telecaller Recruiter to join our team and manage
the hiring process for our client's projects. The primary focus of this role is to identify potential
promoters and establish connections through telephone conversations. The Telecaller Recruiter plays
a vital role in candidate sourcing, conveying job opportunities, and maintaining a comprehensive
candidate database.
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
Candidate Sourcing: Actively search for potential candidatesthrough various channels, including job
portals, social media, and professional networks. Reach out to candidates in the existing database and
explore new avenues for talent acquisition.
Explaining Job Opportunities: Provide detailed and compelling information about job openings,
including responsibilities, qualifications, benefits, and other pertinent details. Effectively communicate
the value proposition of the position and the client company.
Maintaining Candidate Database: Keep detailed records of candidate information, including
contact details, qualifications, experience, and feedback from interviews. Build and maintain a talent
pool for future reference and proactive recruitment.
Meeting Targets: Work towardsspecific targetsfor the number of calls made, interviews conducted,
and successful placements. Collaborate with the team to achieve collective goals and contribute to the
overall success of the recruitment process.
Other Requirements:
Proficient communication skills are mandatory.
Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
Qualification is not a primary requirement; however, English communication proficiency is
essential.
