Telecalling Executive Fresher

Job Description

Key responsibilities:

1. Search the internet for phone numbers and make phone calls to medical diagnostics across India to generate leads for our software (Optilive)

We will also provide our own Customer Phone nos.

2. Explain the product features to potential customer (we will provide on-the-job training for the sales pitch), and get them ready for the Optilive product DEMO: This is your goal.

3. Work on the target which will be 10 demos in 1 month, or 2 per week (payment will be done on a pro-rata basis of the target achieved)

4. Provide us with email IDs (email IDs separated by a semi-colon in a .txt file) of the internet search

Note:

1. If demos get converted as paid customers, we will pay 50% of the first month's signup amount. This is the incentive we provide to the candidates, on top of the fixed salary.

. If a lead generated by you signs up for INR 5000 pm, you earn INR 2500 as bonus.

2. BSc, BCom, BA, and BBA candidates are preferred

3. We will provide on-the-job training for the sales pitch and the demo. The stipend will be paid during the training and the 3-month probation period
