Roles & Responsibilities

 Preparing Invoices for the clients before 5th of every month  Post payment details for the branches by monitoring the statements on daily basis  Posting balance amount on daily basis  Process mail to the clients concerning billing, invoicing & payment updates  Continuous follow up with the clients for releasing the payments on time  Communicate with clients about billing discrepancies  Devise a plan for clearing old outstanding payments for all the clients  Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.  Negotiating suitable payment plans.  Writing final notice warnings to customers when payments are not being made.  Instituting legal action when customers fail to pay their debt.  Responding to customer queries.
