Job Summary:
As a Tele caller at our loan service provider company, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers to promote our loan services. Your primary goal is to convert leads into successful loan applications while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
*Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our loan products and services.
*Lead Conversion: Identify customer needs and provide appropriate loan products to meet their requirements.
*Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
*Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure documentation and application processes are completed smoothly.
*Documentation: Assist customers in filling out loan applications and gathering required documentation.
*Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to loan applications and processes.
*Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
*Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
*Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in any field is preferred.
*Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
*Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in [Specify Language(s)].
