Job Description:

Corporate FinCon Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, offering loan products, and managing client inquiries. The candidate will also follow up on leads, assist in loan application processes, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer experience and increase loan conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell loan products (Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, etc.).

Follow up on leads generated through various sources and convert them into qualified loan applicants.

Provide information and guidance to clients regarding loan eligibility, terms, and the application process.

Collect required documentation and assist clients with filling out loan application forms.

Answer clients’ questions and concerns promptly, offering suitable loan products that meet their needs.

Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining professionalism and clear communication throughout the process.

Maintain a strong knowledge of the company’s loan products, interest rates, and policies.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.

Update customer information in the CRM system, keeping track of calls, queries, and follow-ups.

Coordinate with the credit team to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.

Handle customer complaints or escalations, ensuring timely resolution.

Adhere to company policies and procedures while making calls and interacting with clients.

Qualifications:

Education: Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (preferably in the loan or finance industry).

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
