Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele sales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts

Roles and Responsibilities :

1) Onboarding Students after Downloading the Free Study Abroad App. (All our Services are Free)

2) Shortlisting Universities through App

3) Follow Up with Universities / Partners for Offers

4) Follow Up with Students for Application fees, Deposits as per the terms of admission offer

5) Prepare students for VISA and follow up with the students till their enrollment at the Universities

6) Application Tagging & Agent Tagging of students

Requirements :

1. Excellent oral & written communication skills in English

2. Excellent negotiation, convincing & telesales skills

3. Willing to work in stretch timings

4. Work with an entrepreneurial mindset, accept the targets & achieve them within the deadline

5. Should have basic IT skills

6. Strictly comply & adhere to the SOP, CRM & mobile app
