The person will be responsible to make calls and should be good in communication skills, comfortable in Odia, English and Hindi. Good working skills of excel and basic data entry software is also required.
• Make outbound calls to prospective candidates and clients
• Provide information about our services and answer their queries
• Schedule appointments for further discussions with potential clients
• Maintain a database of potential candidates and clients
• Follow up with potential clients via phone, email, or other communication channels
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call activities and conversion rates
• Build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
