Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally, providing accurate information and resolving queries effectively.

Data Management: Accurately manage and update call data, ensuring all customer interactions are properly recorded and tracked.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive company image.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve departmental and company goals.

Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers and report it to the management for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Minimum education: 10th, 12th, or Graduate

Strong verbal communication skills

Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry

Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls

Customer-focused with a pleasant and professional demeanor
