Telecaller/ Visa Counsellor

We are seeking a Visa Consular and Telecaller to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients and providing guidance on visa applications for studying abroad in Canada, Australia, UK, and USA.

The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and a high level of attention to detail

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Making outbound calls to prospective clients to explain our visa services and provide guidance on visa applications for studying abroad in Canada, Australia, UK, and USA.

• Answering client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns related to visa applications

• Scheduling appointments for in-person consultations with clients, where necessary

• Conducting visa interviews with clients and verifying their eligibility for a visa

• Keeping up-to-date with the latest immigration laws and regulations for Canada, Australia, UK, and USA

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in our database

• Generating leads for potential new clients through various marketing channels
