Job Responsibilities

1). Lead a team of tele-callers and ensure their discipline and basic hygiene of a outbound call center like generated and ensure that meetings happen

2). Maintain tele-calling hygiene: calls per day, average talk time, daily reporting

3) Outcall on data allocated and generate qualified appointments for Sales Relationship Managers

4). Follow up on appointments

Requirements: Preferred Nice to have

Education Graduate, computer literate MBA

Experience Minimum 2 yrs in Timeshare as a telecalling team leader, 5 years minimum overall

>2 years’ timeshare in sales outbound tele-calling in companies like Club Mahindra & Sterling

Behavioral traits

Result oriented, disciplined, good communicator, objection handling skills Giving feedback for seniors to improve process
