Maintain MIS for Allocated Pool

On-the-job Product Training of new joiners

Maintain MIS for Allocated Pool

Tracking Callers properly

Inspire / motivate callers to achieve targets

Sending Pick-up files to FPRs

Co-ordinate with Bank FPRs

Identifying critical cases and act accordingly

Prepare strategies for achieving Team targets

Coordinate with Collection agencies

Handling Escalation calls /agitated customers

Performance review of callers on daily weekly monthly basis

Plan for absenteeism in the team and ensure smooth work flow

Liaise between different departments

Graduation Mandatory (Any Stream)

Candidate should have a good cibil score
