Telecaller Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and explain the companys offerings.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.

Maintain a detailed database of customer information, interactions, and feedback.

Address customer queries and objections with confidence and professionalism.

Meet or exceed assigned sales targets within set deadlines.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving business goals.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role.

Excellent communication and persuasive skills in [specify language].
