We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products or services, and booking appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for sales.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products or services.
Book appointments for our sales team to meet with potential customers.
Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest in our products or services.
Provide excellent customer service and answer any questions potential customers may have.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update our customer database.
Attend regular training sessions to stay up-to-date on our products and services.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
